Review of Skyscraper

Synopsis – Good cast with a weak and not gripping story result in a mediocre movie and so was skyscraper. Apart from a few handfuls of good scenes in this movie failed to entertain its audience.

Direction – Rawson Marshall Thurber known for his direction of Dodgeball and We’re the Millers directed this movie with lack of story and powerful cast.

Cast – This movie mostly revolved around Dwayne The Rock Johnson and no other character left a powerful impact. The Rock acted well but he could have been much better with his impeccable humor.

Cinematography – The cinematography and VFX work done in the movie was exceptionally well.

Verdict – Dhadak or Skyscraper. The choice is yours.

Review of Ant-Man and The Wasp

Synopsis – Things were going pretty cool and awesome while watching this movie and then, in the end, came the (heartbreaking) post-credit scene which left me in the state of “whattttttttt”. I mean literally, Marvel Universe tends to change the entire plot of their movies with the post-credit scenes.

Direction – Directed by Peyton Reed, this movie is one of his finest creations apart from Down with Love, Yes Man and Bring it On.

Cast – Paul Rudd as Ant-Man has joined the list of my personal favorite Marvel Characters. Evangeline Lily, Michael Douglas, Laurence Fishburne, Michael Pena and many more acted wonderfully. I loved Michael Pena’s comic appearance.

Verdict – This movie was full of awesomeness, thrill, chill and loads of action.

In the end, I would like to say one more thing::

MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE – बस नाम ही काफी हैं I

Review of Sanju

My Thoughts – Should I praise the duo Rajkumar Hirani & Vidhu Vinod Chopra to create a phenomenal movie based on the Real Bad Boy of Bollywood or Should I praise Ranbir Kapoor and Paresh Rawal for their hard work and versatility. I think that this is the best possible way to depict the difficult life of Sanjay Dutt.

Cast – Ranbir Kapoor put his heart and soul in the movie to give his best and he nailed it, Paresh Rawal is the unsung hero of the movie. It was a wonderful experience to watch another gem Vicky Kaushal in the movie. All the characters and dialogues were pitch-perfect.

Direction – The visualization done by Rajkumar Hirani for Sanju couldn’t have been any better. Definitely worth a watch. I guess it’s the bonding and chemistry between Hirani Sir and Sanju Baba which made this movie a delight to watch.

Verdict – This movie is definitely worth a watch, but any person who watches this movie should watch this movie as an audience only and not a critic.

Review of Incredibles 2

Initial Impression – 1st animation movie that I watched in theater and it was a delightful experience for me. This movie was filled with laughter and action throughout. I enjoyed it incredibly. Pixar Animation Studios and Walt Disney Pictures have done wonderful work to make the childhood of every one of us nostalgic.

Direction – Directed by Brad Bird this movie truly showcases his skills and talent in directing animation movies. He made sure that the audience enjoyed every scene of the movies.

Verdict – This movie is worth giving a shot.

Review of Maze Runner : The Death Cure

The First Impression – I have always been fond of the past two movies of Maze Runner series. Group of friends fighting zombies is all I love to see and this movie perfectly delivered that, despite a bit slow second half I still enjoyed watching this one.

The cast – All the actors including Dylan O’Brien, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Kaya Scodelario, Ki Hong Lee acted brilliantly.

Direction – The direction of this movie by Wess Ball was neat and there were no glitches.

Rating – *** out of 5

“Everything I learned I learned from the
movies.”

“The whole of life is just like watching a film. Only it’s as though you always get in ten minutes after the big picture has started, and no-one will tell you the plot, so you have to work it out all yourself from the clues.”
